ok, so today was another day. i listed some magic cards on eBay today. i can't believe that i had so many of them. but i only listed the few that would bring in the most money. it's not that i'm broke, i just got my rebate check from George W. but i don't have a job again, and i'd rather not have to borrow money from mom or lance.
the past couple of days i have been spending way too much time on Chanel.com, looking at all sorts of expensive makeup and perfume. it's not that i'm a snob who only buys really super-expensive makeup and clothes and purses, but i just love to shop for those things, and i tend to shop in the little-too-expensive-for-jenn stores. i don't need such luxuries, i realize this, i just really like them. i guess i'm sort of in between Target makeup and the Haute Cotour of Paris. i would never spend more than $200 on a purse (ie. no fancy $5,000 tiny designer leather imported things), but i would spend $50 for a little quad-eyeshadow compact.
i sometimes worry that my taste in purses and makeup make me seem like a snob. i'm not really, i promise. it's just that the makeup from jewel or target is just not gonna do it for me. and as far as my taste in purses is concerned, i can usually find what i'm looking for by Nine West or Kenneth Cole for under $50, but when i get on a quest to find exactly what i want, i get kind of desperate sometimes.
wow, i really must be that shallow, i just spent the last 2 paragraphs on purses and makeup...OH NO!!! this one is being invaded by the mention of the above unmentionables!!! we're all gonna die!!!
sorry there, don't mind me, i haven't done much lately aside from surfing the internet and i need to get out of the house badly, but i just wanna go shop...
oh, and i made more cupcakes which i am now going to go put frosting on.
