so yea, i haven't made a new entry in like forever...i had nanowrimo in november (which i won, by the way!!!), so that took up almost every waking hour. then holidays and now it's december already and i can't even believe it.
work is ok. i'm feeling kind of moody now, so i shouldn't say whether it's good or bad because my mood might be asserting itself too much. i felt like crap yesterday, and actually left work an hour early. the drive home was great.
so yeah, it's holiday time now- must knit christmas presents and try not to spend money. there is a couch i want from ikea that's like 1200 and i can't believe that i would even consider paying that much money for a couch that doesn't do anything (seat heaters, massagers, recliners, etc, you get the idea), but i can't help it. i love that little sofa and i wish that it could be mine. alas, 1200 is just out of our (read: lance & mine) reach right now- which is ok, it's not like i'm never going to get a new couch. i just don't want this one to be discontinued when i do finally get the money to buy it!
oh well, at least life in general is going well now. i'm a bit moody now, but finishing nanowrimo (50,000 words written during november) was a huge personal accomplishment and i'm really glad i did it.
ok, so i guess it's time to get back to work now. tomorrow will be good- we get to wear jeans on fridays and it's movie day too!
